Selling Maps
1 person still needed for the afternoon session.
Where?
At the hall. You will be in pairs – one manning the track and trace and info table and the other selling maps and giving out children’s activity.
What time?
Saturday 10th July. Session 1.12pm – 1.45pm. Session 2: 1.45pm – 3.30pm.
What you need to bring.
Masks.
Community Engagement
1 person still needed for the 12 noon - 1.45pm slot.
Where?
At the hall. Talking to people about the hall, volunteer opportunity and sign-up and the upcoming events and other things happening in Bronllys.
What time?
Saturday 10th July. Session 1.12pm – 1.45pm. Session 2: 1.45pm – 3.30pm.
What you need to bring.
Masks. Marketing materials will be provided.
Installing Open Garden Banners
Where?
Collect banner from Bronllys Court and install up at strategic places in Bronllys.
What time?

Covid Monitor
People still required for Session 1 and session 2.
Role
Ensuring masks are worn in the hall and people are keeping 2m distance while in gardens.

Mask and 2m stick.

Items required
Garden numbers 1 – 10, H&S/disclaimers and maximum number A4 posters for each garden holder.
Laminate if possible.
